Return and Exchange Policy

At Hiya The Label, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please review our policy details below:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase for the new item. exchanges will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Orders completed before the update of the policies will not be affected.
